How to Make Your Own Honey Mead (www.treehugger.com)

With three simple ingredients and a little patience, you can brew and bottle your own ‘drink of the gods.’

I’m not going to be attending my local Renaissance Faire this year, because I’m not dedicated enough to wish to visit the Bubonic Plague era of history. That sadly means I’m going to be missing the sweet, smooth honey mead that’s been a favorite of mine… or maybe I don’t have to. With this guide, if I even capture half of that amazing mead flavor, I’ll be happy.

That color is beautiful! I love Renaissance Fairs and I’m sad that I won’t be able to attend any this year, but maybe I’ll just DIY a little one at home ^_^
