Leadership = Personal Influence

Leadership = personal influence. More personal influence, more effective leader. Less personal influence, less effective leader. A person’s influence arises from personal attributes that engender trust and loyalty. Attributes that make them worthy of other people’s best efforts and sacrifice.

A good leader is personally, either by nature or habit, the catalyst that motivates the people around them to achieve uncommon things.

I’m always in awe of individuals that make good leaders; whether through experience or just by natural character. It’s amazing how much they can accomplish and improve upon!
