I definitely think it’s worth taking! Vitamin D is so vital for our happiness, that I think a supplement is a great investment. Multivitamins can be wonderful too, but if you’re looking specifically for vitamin D, it doesn’t hurt to just focus on that 🙂 In my experience, I’ve used a liquid multivitamin and then a supplement for vitamin D and Omegas!
